Welcome to The Spot! Perfectly situated in the heart of Lexington. Our newly remodeled home is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and weekend farmers market in the Southland neighborhood. Walking distance to UK's main campus and Kroger Field. The Spot can also be used as a launching point to explore bourbon and horse country. Located on a quiet street, this 100 year old house was recently remodeled to include plumbing, lighting, and kitchen upgrades. The 2000 square ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 3 queen size beds all have Allswell “the Luxe” mattresses. The driveway fits 2 cars and we have street parking available. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook - just bring the groceries! We have a brand new gas burning stove and a Weber charcoal grill in the backyard.

Two things make this property unique: its unbeatable central downtown location and its unusual interior. Step out to Rupp Arena or dozens of restaurants and hotspots in the heart of the city. Step back in time in this converted 1970 office, with solid hardwood on the walls, ceilings and floors - different wood in each room! There truly is no interior in Lexington like this.
